They gave me a large amount of bloodwork to do. When I called the office to let them know I had completed it, and asked if they it would be good for me to push my appointment back because of my bloodwork results, they said no. They said they had enough time to get results. I went in for my appointment and found out my blood results were incomplete so I would need to reschedule an appointment after results were in. I rescheduled over the phone. Doctor Doshi called me an hour past my appointment time, told me my diagnosis and didn't explain it. I have Srogrens. Apparently, this causes your eyes, mouth and other parts of your body to be dry. She didn't explain this or offered anything to relief my discomfort. She also said I have RA. She didn't bother asking me what symptoms I was presenting. I called back and asked to speak with her because I had told her I was getting headaches because of my eyes. Its been over a week and the nurse said if I need to talk to her again I need to schedule another appointment and pay my co payment. So imcomplete first visit and now I have to pay again and this time I have to remember to write a list to make sure I do her job. Very disappointing. They don't care. They are only their to collect insurance premiums.

I am 63 y.o. female. I had pain in my knees and a shoulder. To start with the visit, I made an appointment. I waited for 2 months to find out that my appointment was not even scheduled because of the receptionist's mistake. The girls in office were pretty rude about it. They had to reschedule me, and i waited another 2 months!
When i finally saw dr. Dipti, I brought all my x-rays. She sent me for bloodwork. When I came back (after waiting another 2 months for my appointment), she said the results look great. And she can't do anything, said "it is just age related problems". No physical therapy, no steroid shots were offered. No further tests. Just gave me a pain killer.
I was left in pain, undiagnosed without treatment!
Later I was blessed to find another doctor, who did everything to help me. He cured my arthritis pain in my knees with a steroid shot, and sent me to therapy. He found torn muscles in my shoulder and not even arthritis at all.
Doctor Dipti Doshi is unprofessional, indifferent, and does not help patients. She made me live in pain for more than half a year.

Did not feel heard. Felt the Dr was rushed and did not know my history. She did not go over the blood tests results that she had me do and just ordered more without discussing the reasoning behind her need for more. Once I brought up my need for new medication, she just said she’d submit auth for one medication when I know there is more available, I was not give an option. She did not do any physical exam as I was in pain. Overall, I do not feel the Dr cared very much about what I had to say or my pain. I would not recommend.

I had been going to a doctor for seventeen months, due to leg pain. Ty he doctor could not diagnose it.
I saw Dr. Doshi, in 2019 she had me do several blood tests. She gave me the diagnosis within three weeks.
She's a thorough doctor. The staff is proficient and help full.v
I would recommend Dr Dipsi Doshi.

I was prescribed a medication on 9/11. It requires a prior authorization which has not been completed as of today 10/3. I have been called 3xs a day and leaving messages for 3 weeks. When I do speak to a person they claim they can’t see if it’s completed and someone from a different department will call back. I have never received a call back, despite this promise and leaving 3 voicemails a day.
